In a landmark move in advancing sustainable and responsible mobility, Tian Siang Premium Auto partners Vasolar, a leading solar panel technology company in Malaysia. The collaboration marks a significant step forward for sustainable mobility solutions in the northern states of Peninsular Malaysia, offering electric vehicle (EV) owners the opportunity for home charging of their vehicles through solar energy.

Tian Siang Premium Auto, in partnership with Vasolar, is offering a complimentary 4.4 kWp rooftop solar panel worth RM20,000 with a purchase of selected BMW Electric Vehicle (EV) & PHEV model. The complimentary offering – installed by Vasolar, comes with 25-year of Performance warranty, 12-year PV Module warranty, 10-year Inverter warranty, and 3-year Workmanship warranty.

The partnership between Tian Siang Premium Auto and Vasolar is driven by a shared vision of combining cutting-edge BMW EV technology with renewable energy solutions for charging. This collaboration aims to provide total responsible energy solutions for the customer experience to develop integrated solar charging systems for their electric vehicles from BMW, enabling a more carbon footprint responsible lifestyle.
In the same vein, BMW Group Malaysia has also made over 1,000 charging facilities available in its network thus far. Access to over 400 of these facilities provided are through partnerships with ChargEV and Yinson Greentech, while the partnership with JomCharge enables access to over 100 charging facilities, Gentari with over 150 facilities as well as approximately 160 facilities from new partners such as Shell Recharge with ParkEasy, ChargeN’Go, ChargeSini, Go To-U and FlexiParking. Over 100 BMW i and MINI charging facilities are also available at most authorised dealerships, as well as partnering venues across the country, with more to come as part of the strategic infrastructure expansion plan set for the year ahead.
